MENOPAUSE WORKSHOP TO REDUCE ANXIETY AND OVERWHELM –MAY 28th – 14:00-17:00 3 hour in person workshop @ Millers Way project. This workshop will guide you through breath work, yoga poses, meditation and mindfulness techniques. All designed towards reducing anxiety and overwhelm which can be experienced during the menopause journey. This workshop is designed to support and nurture the nervous system. There will be an interactive women’s circle and discussion. A 90 minute yoga class and relaxation. General information about the menopause journey will also be discussed. It is my sincere hope that you will leave the workshop with more information, tools and resources to guide you on your continuing menopause journey. Spaces are limited to 12 participants.
