A yoga instructor first and foremost.
My journey on the yogic path started after an operation I had, which resulted in a few moths of recuperation.
Not being able to be active and go to the gym, I started doing some
gentle yoga classes and before long I was hooked. Craving for more information,
I decided to take a teacher training course. One day, as I was sitting in
a lecture, I realised that Yoga was the piece of the puzzle that was missing
from my life.
After graduating and qualifying my initial training, I have continued my
yoga education and since 2013 have become a 500 hour Yoga alliance registered
teacher. My style of teaching can be tailored to the individual’s
needs, especially in a one-to-one class.
As with my own personal yoga practice, I have shifted and adapted my
lifestyle to suit the needs of my personal journey through life. Within the
pages of this site you will find recipes for alternative, healthier ways of
eating, suggested remedies against my battle with recent health issues,
recommendations of highly gifted practitioners in a number of fields, as
well as yoga practices, meditative thoughts and hopefully some inspiration.
